船会社に腹をたてる

1日に船会社から LCL にすると
eメールが来た。
トータルの値段が高いので、そのまま
FCL で送ると返事を１日にした。

３日に船会社からこんな返事がきた。

The previous motorbike shpt, we did it that way. Now still have problem in Darwin. We don't want to happen it again so we have declare your motorbikes as LCL only. I spoke and explained with ***** regarding this and he agreed on that. Can you pls. come to our office so I can give back your money (overpayment). And please bring also the invoice that I issued last time so I can change.

Darwin で問題があるとかで
LCL の扱いにするのだって。
だから、勝手に変えるなって。
今日の朝、こんな返事をする。
急いでいたので、文章が変だけど。

簡単に言うと、
１、来いって言われても行けない
２、ガソリンとオイルは抜けない
３、ちゃんと説明しろ
という３つ。

1. You change the terms unilateral after contracted and its reason is your circumstances, so you must pay money in Australia or send money to Australia. Its money is including subordinate expense for changing(my flight and engineering expense). I never go to Timor Leste again. 2. I cannot remove the petrol and oil. ～全てのオイルを出せない理由など省略～ 3. I don't understand the reason of changing. If you still want to change to LCL, you should write a report about changing and send it us. 昼に返信がやってきた。
****** と #### は、コンテナをシェア
するポーランドの人の名前。

I think you misunderstood my mail. " Units should be empty from oil and petrol.” – it's not actually should be empty because you cannot bring your motorbike in our yard if there's no fuel. What I mean is as long as it's not full, it's ok. Regarding your motorbike, we declared it as LCL like what ****** and ####'s bikes and still it will be with the same container. Your overpayment of USD720.70 is given to Mr. ****** together with the revised Invoice and Cash Receipt. For sure you, ****** and #### will meet in Darwin to get your motorbikes so he will pass it to you.

このすぐ後に、ポーランド人の
###### さんからeメールが来た。
FCL で自動二輪車を送ったドイツ人が
Darwin での受け取りで高額のお金を
払う必要があったり、時間がかかったりと
問題が出ているらしく、そのため既に
LCL の扱いにしてしまったとかで。

なんで、船会社はそういうことをちゃんと
私に説明しないのだろう。
勝手に LCL に変更するのではなく、
形上でも客に断わりも入れるべきでしょう。

船会社は oil と petrol を empty にしろ、
と書いてきたのに、 それは
misunderstood で、そうしなくても
良い、という言い方も納得できないし。
色々と怒りが滲み出てきたので、
ちょっと嫌味な書き方で返信してみる。

What is my misunderstood? You change the terms? or you don't know what does empty's mean? And I've got an email from ******, and you handled the container as LCL already. I want to get my money in your Darwin office. I need to return my receipt and... I don't understand that you'll put my money to men who I never met. Is it your business style? or Timor-Leste style?

夕方送ったのだけど、珍しく
１時間ちょっとで返信がきた。
今までeメールを送った人ではなく、
その人のボスからみたい。

Timor Leste people not force you to come in to Dili, this not our Country's problem this your own problem with the company TOLL, so please don't include Timor Leste name on your mail. Even though Timor Leste not like other country, please respect this our own country, if you want to say like this why you not stay here and say to every Timor Leste people, once again I remind you DON'T include TIMOR LESTE name in your mail. DON'T BE STUPID.

それだけ？
もう怒る気にもならない。
自分たちの間違いや勝手を
your own problem と言っているし。
ちゃんと説明するまで無視しようかな。

二度と Toll を使うことはないだろうね。
Darwin 側の様子が気になったので、
１本前の船に自動二輪車を積載した
ドイツ人にeメールを送ってみた。
